Enjoyed a lot of what I learned here. Confirms what I knew already: replacing foods that cause inflammation with those that diminish it is the key to to longevity and good health.
I read Grain Brain on Kindle. Perlmutter also agrees with Graveline, Sinatra and Kendrick on the effect of statin drugs. After reading several books on statins, I’m convinced that they are poison which the doctors think will lower cholesterol to good effect. However: Statins=poison; Cholesterol=absolutely essential ingredient of life, 25% resides in the brain. So I’ll keep my high cholesterol, but the doctors can take their statin potions and shove them up their rear ends.
